I work with Badasses

Woman dancing in a forest

I work with badasses.

My clients are the ones who don’t take no for an answer. Who problem solves on the fly. Who takes chances and risks. They rarely know how it will work, but they know they will make it work.

My clients are high achievers. They go all in. They say “yes”. They figure it out later.

My clients are crushing life. It’s not perfect, but they’re killing it. They don’t have all the answers but they don’t let that stop them.

My clients are the gold-star earners, the ones patting others on the back, and the ones building up everyone else around them.

My clients set goals, make plans, and get results.

My clients fail. And they fail hard and fast. Then they get up, dust themselves off, and try again. They don’t have time to worry about it. They don’t look back. They look 5 steps ahead.

My clients don’t stop. They go all-in at a hundred miles an hour. They have bumps, bruises, and scars from falling down so many times. They are beautiful because of it.

They have stories to tell. Boy, do they have stories to tell. From all the adventures, the trial and error, and the direction changes they’ve made on their journeys. They are some of the most impressive people I have ever met. I am in awe of their brilliance every single day.

My clients spend most of their time crushing their goals - at work, at home, and in relationships. It’s not perfect, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s exactly how they want it. They are loving life.

Well, most of life.

My clients are also hurting. They are in pain, they lay awake at night going through their to-do lists. They always try to check one more thing off, even if that means they put themselves last. They secretly wonder why all of this isn’t working. Why they feel like shit.

My clients are worried about their health and how they will hold it all together.

My clients are stressed. With all they are juggling, they live in a constant state of “fight or flight”. Their body doesn’t know whether it’s coming or going, not to mention which way is up. Their body has scars on the inside from putting everyone else first.

My clients appear to have their shit put together, but on the inside, something’s missing.

My clients give anything and do anything for their loved ones. But what they really need is to put themselves first. They need to heal. They need to ditch the pain. So they can keep changing the world.

My clients crush their goals, but they also crush their bodies. Their digestion is a mess, they can’t sleep, and they are so bloated that people ask when they’re due.

My clients are not broken. Oh, no, honey. They are far from broken. They may feel broken at times, but they are not broken. They are simply missing a piece of their glorious puzzle.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m a health coach and I work with high-achieving, gold star-earners who do everything and are everything to everyone but themselves.

I work with people who don’t have time to mess with complicated processes that don’t work. They don’t have time for one more thing because they’re busy doing ALL THE THINGS.

High-achieving people need coaching the most.

But they need a certain type of coach. They need a coach who understands the 100-mile-an-hour lifestyle. A coach who lives and breathes the concept of “work hard, play harder”. A coach who will help them slow down, focus, and get real results.

I coach these types of people because I am one of these people.

My clients are me.

I killed my digestive system and adrenal glands by working seven days a week, 14-hour days rarely taking time off for seven years. I always said “yes” and figured out the “how” later. I worked well under pressure and prided myself on my seemingly flawless execution of ALL THE THINGS. I was a cortisol junkie and the state of my adrenals proves it.

I strived to be the best, and was the best, at everything I did. I always wanted more. I always took on “just one more thing”. I’ve accomplished great things so far in life but it’s come at a cost.

That approach works fine for a while, but eventually, it catches up and you find yourself taking a nap on the side of the freeway or in the parking lot of a McDonald’s.

I walked away from a six-figure, commissioned job because it was killing me. Sure, I was changing lives, but I was sacrificing my own in the process.

Through getting coached and surrounding myself with other high-achieving people, I learned how to work smarter, not harder, in both my business and my personal life.

I learned the secrets to being a badass. But more importantly, I learned how to coach my clients to be badasses with their health.

My approach is simple: find the root cause, build up strength, and apply it to real life. Through my 6-month one-on-one coaching program, my clients learn to listen to their bodies and apply expert recommendations that really work.

I supply the knowledge, tools, and accountability and my clients do the rest.

It’s time to slow down, stop the constant hustle, and turn things around before it’s too late. You cannot continue at this pace forever. Let’s figure this out - together.
