This week, we are wrapping up the July Farmers Market Challenge by cooking everyone’s favorite category - desserts! Yum! Desserts can be sweet or savory and can be fancy or simple. There are so many recipes to chose from, I can’t wait to see what you create!

What’s life without a little sweetness?
When we think of “sweets”, most of us think of sugary candy or baked goods loaded with sugar and white flour. But that doesn’t need to be the case! When you reduce the amount of processed sugar, artificial sweeteners, and white flour you consume, your taste buds and your gut microbiome change. Eventually you may find that you start craving fruit as a sweet treat!
