Turmeric Ginger Salad Dressing
Salad dressings don’t have to be complicated! They can be simple, delicious, and nutritious. Once you figure out the basic recipe, it’s easy to customize to fit whatever salad you make. But don’t limit this dressing to just salads! Dressings can be used on a variety of dishes including stir-fries, as a marinade for grilled veggies, or over grain bowls. If you want to thicken the dressing a bit, gently warm it over medium-low heat and then mix in a teaspoon of arrowroot powder or corn starch. Add more arrowroot powder (slowly!) if needed. For a twist on this recipe, swap out the lemon juice for fresh orange juice.
