I bought the food, now what?
Plants can be really confusing - buying, storing, and using them - can be a difficult transition when you’re not used to handling them. No judgment here! I just don’t want that to be holding you back from loving fresh, local, whole foods! Hopefully, you can learn from my mistakes!
When others don’t agree with you
There are two questions that I get asked almost immediately when someone finds out I eat a whole-food, plant-based diet. First, they ask, “Aren’t you hungry all the time?” and second, “Is your husband vegan?”. Interestingly, the answer to both questions is no. This information can be applied to many different health changes when those around you are not on board.
